Roomba® error codes

When something goes wrong, your robot stops and announces a code, and the Roomba® Home app shows it too. Type the number to see what it means and what to try first. Covers every 2025–2026 model sold in Thailand.

Before you start, try these 3 steps

  1. Hear the code again

Press the power button once and the robot repeats the code. You can also see it in the Roomba® Home app.

  2. Follow the steps for that code

Search the code below. Most can be fixed by cleaning a part or fitting it back in place.

  3. Reboot if it persists

Hold the power button for 10 seconds, then hold it for 3 seconds to turn it back on. In the app, go to Product Settings → Reboot Roomba. Rebooting keeps your maps and schedules.
