Unbox the robot and place the AutoWash™ dock on a hard floor against a wall, a safe distance from stairs, leaving room around the dock for the robot to dock and undock easily. Fill the dock with clean water and cleaning solution, download the Roomba® Home app and follow the steps in the app. The robot is then ready to start cleaning.

Empty the dirty water tank and rinse the tanks at the dock regularly, wipe the robot bin and the charging contacts, clean the main brush and the edge-sweeping brush, and change the E11 filter, the brushes and the mop roller at the intervals recommended in the user manual, typically every 3–6 months. Use plain water or an iRobot-approved cleaning solution only.
