<strong>How do I set up the robot?</strong>

Set up is simple. Just unbox, place the dock on a hard-surface floor, at least 4 feet away from stairs with ample space for the robot to navigate in and out. Download the Roomba® Home app, follow the prompts and in a few minutes, your robot is ready to go.

<strong>How well does it mop?</strong>

DualClean™ mop pads spin at 200RPM and SmartScrub mops back and forth with downward pressure to scour dried-on messes. PerfectEdge® extends the mop pad to clean closer to edges, corners, and hard-to-reach places.

<strong>How well does it vacuum?</strong>

A great vacuum is more than just power (though this one is equipped with 70X more intense suction³). A flexible rubber brush and edge-sweeping brush plow through pet hair, extracting dirt along walls and in corners, and Carpet Boost devours dirt from hard floors to fluffy carpets.

<strong>How does the AutoWash™ Dock work?</strong>

Your robot will return to its dock to auto-empty debris, auto-wash pads as needed during mopping, then washes and heat-dries them when cleaning’s complete. A self-cleaning cycle pumps water through the dock, washing away any accumulated debris.

<strong>Will my privacy be protected?</strong>

Yes, iRobot uses encryption to store and strictly limit access to data and is verified by 3rd party security organizations. Security measures include auto software updates and the ability to delete your data if you pass your robot on to a new owner.

<strong>What kind of maintenance is required?</strong>
