Delivery time

Orders arrive within 3 business days from the day the parcel leaves our warehouse.
Remote areas can take longer, following the terms of the carrier handling that particular item.

Carriers we use

The carrier is chosen by product and destination. You get the tracking number once the parcel leaves our warehouse.

SCG Express

Used for most domestic orders. Tracking numbers have 12 digits starting with 1222.

Exchanges

We do not accept returns for a refund if you change your mind. We do exchange the product in these 3 cases, if you tell us within 7 days of delivery.

  1. We shipped the wrong model
  2. The product was damaged in transit
  3. The product was faulty out of the box and does not work (DOA)

Photograph the box and the product before you contact us — it speeds up the check. Tell us on the contact page. Faults that appear later are covered by the 1-year Thai warranty.
